We arrived in Scotland on Wednesday to a beautiful evening. Not what we had been lead to believe. Our accommodation is in a camping ground but rather than the tent this time we had booked four solid wall in the form of static caravan. We have seen these and always wondered what they would be like inside. Well this one is fantastic. It is relatively new, spacious and comfortable. It has a shower/toilet and an ensuite toilet. There is even central heating. It is certainly value for money when you look at the price of hotels or B&Bs and it gives us all this room and somewhere to prepare food. It is about 10m by 4m so wider than a caravan for the road.
We were also very glad of it when the rain high winds a couple of days later.
